Sprinklr's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is crucial in driving profitable growth for the company. We are an analytical engine of the company providing insights to support optimal business decision making. Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of GTM FP&A to be the finance lead supporting our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions Sales and Customer Success. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of GTM FP&A, acting as a key business partner to GTM leadership and a critical driver of Sprinklr's continued revenue growth.

What You'll Do :

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sales and Customer Success, including sales headcount and operating expenses, commissions, ARR and sales capacity
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to optimize productivity, establish financial discipline and influence executive decision-making
• Develop monthly financial reporting packages for Senior Leadership to support data driven decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of current plans
• Continually drive forecast accuracy, improve processes and automation, and establish rigor in measuring and scaling the business
• Be a role model to all other members of the finance team. Ensure a high degree of quality, timeliness, and accuracy

Compensation Range $121.000 - $161.000 - $201.000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package : the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and / or equity plan, depending on role.
