Job Description
The Senior Vice President, Workplace Strategy will develop workplace strategy solutions and lead client-facing engagements around the future of work, return to office, space programming, and portfolio optimization. In addition to a consulting, planning and technical background, the role requires strong presentation and organizational skills. 20-25% travel is required for this role.
What this job involves :
- Partner with our brokers for business development, pursuits, proposals, and client service delivery
- Develop, implement, and manage Workplace Strategy engagements
- Lead programming efforts, employee surveys, test-fits, business interviews, utilization studies, mobility assessments, visioning sessions and focus groups.
- Collaborate with JLL Marketing and Research to create workplace collateral and thought leadership pieces
- Refine and localize the workplace service offering (process, tools, and deliverables) to be relevant in your market
- Understand the real estate project life cycle and be able to gather and analyze data and develop insights to inform and business decisions specific to existing and future client requirement
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) by staying abreast of current workplace trends across industries and geographies.
- Represent JLL's workplace team at relevant industry forums and professional associations
Relationship Management / Delivery :
Maintain strong working relationships with internal customers (brokers, leadership, etc.) and key clientsSteer the direction of workplace projects and oversee the process / output of your team to ensure a high level of execution and client satisfactionAct as escalation point for delivery issuesThe Candidate :
The successful candidate will have a strong combination of Workplace Strategy, Workplace Experience, and / or Occupancy Planning experience, the ability to win business, and deliver workplace projects.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (Required)MBA or M.Arch, advanced degree and / or certifications (Preferred)10-15+ years' related experience in Workplace strategy, architecture, consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, construction management, design, human resources, organizational development, communications or change management rolesStrong background in business development and point-of-sale presentation skillsImpeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and writtenStrong time management skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlinesPeople management experienceProficiency in AutoCad, REVIT, BIM or other drafting technologies is (Required)Proficiency in CAFM / IWMS system or other workplace technologies is (Preferred)Knowledge & Abilities :
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in an agile environment, including virtual collaboration with remote colleaguesAbility to multi-task in high-pressure deadline driven environmentsPreviously managed multiple projects and coordinated activities for various individuals / groupsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research data and synthesize into meaningful and actionable resultsEnergetic, creative, and willing to work hard in a fast-paced environment; enjoys variety and challenges of consulting workAn entrepreneurial orientation with strong understanding of the business development challenges in the Real Estate advisory services sectorWorkplace program implementation experience in a corporate setting, working alongside cross-functional real estate, facilities, IT, HR, finance and change management teams (Preferred)Skills :

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
