By leading customers on their Zero Trust journey, ZTSMs align adoption with business outcomes, executive influence, and measurable value. Traditional deployment engineers delivered transactions; ZTSMs deliver transformation. Combining AI-driven precision with human persuasion, ZTSMs achieve what technology alone cannot.
Above all, this is a certification-first role . ZTSMs must achieve a rigorous set of Zscaler certifications to establish unmatched credibility :
- Zscaler Sales Engineer Certification — within 2 weeks
- ZDTE (Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer) — within 4 months
- Zscaler Certified Delivery Specialist — within 6 months
- Zscaler Certified Support Specialist — within 6 months
What You'll Do
Lead customers through Zero Trust adoption roadmaps, ensuring measurable business outcomes and risk reduction.Influence executives with clear narratives that connect security maturity to business enablement.Help customers achieve the greatest value in the least amount of time by accelerating adoption and eliminating roadblocks.Guide customers in uploading quarterly health checks into our SecureDynamics GPT , then translate AI-driven insights into executive-ready reports for QBRs.Maintain engagement post-deployment through ZBoost mode — ongoing access to ZTSMs and AI tools, quarterly health checks, and up to two priority escalations per quarter.Serve as the lead owner of Customer Success tools and interfaces in HubSpot — building dashboards, success metrics, and executive reports, while ZTOS manages backend workflows.Collaborate closely with the ZTOS team in India to ensure smooth operations, proactive support, and an adaptive follow-the-sun modelWhat We're Looking For
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills; prefers phone / video over text / email.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical adoption into executive outcomesCommitment to the certification path outlined aboveCybersecurity background and aptitude; existing Zscaler certifications a plus.Experience using HubSpot (or equivalent CRM / CSM tools) to manage customer success.Confident, customer-facing presence — equally effective with engineers and executives.Tireless passion to delight customers, partners, and Zscaler itself.Education : Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field).
