Job description

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in B2B Direct Advertising Sales
  • B2B Advertising sales such as Money Mailer, Grocery Store Advertising, Coupon Ad Sales.
  • Management Experience

Duties, Expectations and Skills:

  • The main goal is to attract new local /regional advertisers & to close sales.
  • Recruit, Hire, Train, Motivate and Manage a Sales Team of Independent Contractors
  • Prospect, contact, present product to potential advertisers.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • One Call Close Experience a Plus
  • IT literacy
  • Excellent communication @ interpersonal skills and should be able to connect, engage, and work well with a variety of personalities.

Compensation Range: MANAGER

  • Based on experience: up to $100,000 salary annually + Commission +Bonus+ Override (Manager)
