Schedule : Weekends Off

Salary : $20.50 - $25.50 per hour

Job Description : Pattern Promotions is seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to join our team.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our executives and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities :

• Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Screen and respond to incoming calls and emails on behalf of executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and conferences, including logistical arrangements.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
