Operations Manager Requirements :
- $4 Million+ in annual sales
- People-first personality
- Ability to think aggressively in new ways to attract future sales
- Team-oriented
- Dynamic leadership
Operations Manager Qualifications :
- Understand profit and loss statements
- Big picture viewpoint - but can manage to the details
- Must be very guest focused
- Foodservice background
Operations Manager Compensation :
- $60-68,000 in salary based on experience
- 15% Bonus paid quarterly if KPIs are met
- Health and PTO
