We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Avathon team in Pleasanton, CA. As a solo individual contributor, you will play an essential role in defining the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our industrial AI platform. Our technology optimizes critical assets, enhances worker health & safety, and orchestrates complex supply chain processes across industries such as energy (conventional & renewables), aerospace & defense, manufacturing, retail & CPG, mining and transportation.

You will be responsible for :

• Positioning & messaging : Collaborate with Product, Marketing and other colleagues to develop compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with our target audiences.
• Market & competitive analysis : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes.
• Go-to-market strategy : Define and execute product marketing plans, ensuring successful launches and market adoption.
• Sales enablement : Create sales collateral, battle cards and training materials to empower the sales team.
• Content development : Support the production of case studies, whitepapers, analyst and media briefings, webinars and blog content that drive awareness, engagement and demand.
• Customer insights : Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to craft compelling success stories.
• Demand generation support : Partner with growth marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.

Please have :

Pay Range : $140,000 - $160,000 base salary plus bonus. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is not remote. Candidates must be based in the Bay Area and are expected to report to our Pleasanton office 4 days per week.
