Mental / Behavioral Health Technician (MHT / BHT) Opportunities
Full-time positions only (no part-time positions). No experience necessary! Full paid training program will be provided.
Swing Shifts : Swing A : Full Time Sun, Mon, Tues, Sat (rotating Wed) 2 : p - : p OR Swing B : Full Time Sun, Thurs, Fri, Sat (rotating Wed) 2 : p - : p OR Full Time Day Shift : Mon - Fri (7 : am - 3 : pm) or Full Time Grave Shift : Fri - Sun p - 9a OR Mon - Thurs : p-8 : a
Salary : $. - $. per hour depending on day and shift ( rate includes shift differentials )

Your position objectives include :
- You will serve as a positive role model for students while providing close supervision and documenting your observations.
- You must be a team player and recognize the importance of this position to positive student outcomes.
- You will support that students are meeting defined daily goals, including hygiene, unit activities, education & therapy meetings.
- You will confidently intervene during student crisis by using verbal de-escalation skills and other personal safety techniques that you will be trained in.
- You will use positive verbal skills and coaching to educate students on appropriate behavior and possible outcomes.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications will include :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be a minimum years of age
- Conflict resolution skills, resiliency and patience
- Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
