Job description
Las Cruces Tex Mex is a new restaurant in a great neighborhood that is growing fast. Las Cruces Tex Mex is from the same group as Central City BBQ.
We need more servers now that the weather is nice and our outdoor patio almost doubles our capacity.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Clear and clean tables, bussing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Brand new construction from the same ownership as Central City BBQ in New Orleans.
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : From $2.13 per hour and our good servers do very well with tips due to neighborhood
Expected hours : 20 40 per week
