Hospice Office Manager
Location : Upland, CA
Butterfly Hospice is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Hospice Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support our care team. This role ensures smooth administrative processes, accurate record-keeping, and excellent communication between staff, patients, families, and community partners.
As the Office Manager, you will coordinate staff schedules, manage personnel files, maintain compliance with hospice regulations, and handle insurance verification and authorization requests. You’ll also assist with billing, reporting, and supply management while serving as a professional point of contact for patients and families.
Qualifications :
2+ years of office management or administrative experience (healthcare or hospice preferred).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR / hospice software.
Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, and compliance standards a plus.
