Licensed Real Estate Operations Specialist Agent

Compensation :
$85,000 - $125,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation
- Database
- Marketing
- Smart plans
- Individual contributions to the team
- Do your part in your weekly and daily team contribution
- Work on a prospecting system
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Sales experience
- Ability to use or learn different software programs : excel, word, command, connect, FB ads, etc.
- Good communication
- Ability to work independently and with groups
- Recruiting experience is a plus
- Commission opportunity
