We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented concessions attendant to join our team and contribute to the exceptional experience we provide to our patrons at the poolside Grill.
Responsibilities : Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve a variety of food items and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the concessions stand area, including food preparation and serving areas, equipment, and utensils.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Provide friendly and attentive customer service to patrons, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
Assist with restocking inventory, receiving deliveries, and maintaining proper stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. Qualifications : Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
