Haefele Flanagan is now hiring for an Assistant Controller! This is critical role working closely with the firm's partners to lead month-end close, to help find ways to automate client billing and other reports, and help with overall company budgets and forecasts.
We welcome someone who is open to new ideas and who is savvy with technology. The ideal candidate will also have experience with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead Financial meetings
- Complete Financial Accouting & Forecasting
- Deliver repports and metrics to leadership
- Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable and general admin staff
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll and employee expenses
- Oversee firm billings
- Manage and reconcile company bank, financial and credit card accounts
- Manage merchant services for A / R
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger
- Generate vendor payments
- Oversee the daily cash flow process
Prepare and consolidate financial statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Finance or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in Accouting Software includling, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Axcess
- Detail-oriented and analytical
