An FSP Program Specialist proactively cooperates with the FSP Operations Leads, FSP General Managers, FSP Program Leads and FSP Functional Leads on program tasks and coordinates team activities in areas owned by the PS. Understands PS role impact on program success, particularly on the quality and timeliness of deliverables and acts accordingly. An FSP Program Specialist can be assigned to provide support for any Programs of as deemed necessary by their Line Manager.
Key Accountabilities
Program Management & Execution
- Analyze program reporting to identify issues and risks; present findings to the program team
- Maintain systems and tools applicable to the Program
- Support program integration by coordinating various project management activities
- Prepare for and attend program meetings; support tracking and follow-up of action items
- Present topics related to own responsibilities to internal audiences
Financial Management
Partner with FSP Financial Analyst & Billers to review, finalize and approve Service Fee (SF) Invoices & Pass Through (PT) cost InvoicesManage financial set-up for new accounts or contractsTrack and summarize Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Monitor expenses with PT costs / invoicesManage Contract / WO Renewals and CISProvide client monthly reporting of budget accruals, FTEs, and / or hours by deliverable / taskAnalytics & Reporting
Create and generate reports providing analytics for Line Managers up to Senior LeadershipDevelop and manage weekly, monthly & quarterly reportsRespond quickly to ad-hoc data requests from key stakeholdersAnalyze data and metrics to identify trends and improvement areasDevelop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Collect, analyze, and report Internal KPIs & program partnership KPIsDevelop standardized tools and methodologies to improve research, reporting, and analysis efficiencyPresent key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholdersOther Operational Support
