Director of ITAD Operations

We are looking for an eager and highly motivated Director of ITAD Operations to manage the daily operations of the Norcross production facility.

This person will lead a team of people in timely distribution of quality products to our customers by actively implementing state of the art inventory and distribution methods and procedures.

They will be responsible for overall Quality Assurance Program.

What you'll be doing :

• Serve as the operational leader for all ITAD operations for CXtec charged with the management of ITAD production facilities and onsite ITAD services.
• Set the strategic objectives for ITAD operations to meet and exceed the company productivity goals.
• Provide leadership and motivation for the engineering and ITAD production teams.
• Develop and implement innovative methods, processes, layout designs and product flow improvements using sound LEAN principles that align with high volume processing ensuring continual improvement.
• Provide product distribution systems, goals and measurements that are of exceptional quality.
• Deploy innovative technologies that drive operational efficiencies into the ITAD production processes.
• Audit various processes and procedures for quality compliance to enhance performance.
• Enhance inventory management controls, cycle count processes and accurate record keeping documentation for all shipped items.
• Maintain all ISO, OHSAS and R2 certifications for the designated site.
• Ensure compliance for prescribed operating policies and procedures.
• Set the production schedules and align project priorities with company’s monthly performance objectives.
• Maintain culture built around teambuilding and company core values.
• Establish and maintain warehouse productivity standards for processes to include employee safety and security.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Five years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of ITAD business and operational processes.
• Certification in LEAN Six Sigma or equivalent experience
• Strong distribution or warehouse operations background, including inventory management.
• Must have experience in production planning and managing teams of over 50 employees.
• Excellent personal, analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply sound business judgment and set priorities.
• Superior analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identity problems, use logic to address problems and recommend alternative solutions.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Oracle experience a plus.
