Skills Required :
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while managing interruptions.
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is helpful but not nessasary.
Prior history in Customer Service is helpful. Office experience is a plus. We offer advancement opportunities and are willing to train the right individual.
