Our Executive Recruiter will be responsible for
- Recruiting on existing client accounts
- Developing relationships with key players in the market
- Understand the candidate's professional vision and help them expedite their career progression
- Developing new client relationships
- Provide professional coaching and development to both our clients and candidates along the way
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B or inside sales experience
- Recruiting / search experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be a team player
- Social media proficiency to connect & network with both active & passive candidates
- Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
- Flexibility & ability to overcome rejection
- High energy to keep up in a fast-paced, lively & encouraging atmosphere
