Role Overview :
We are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team who's interested in working at lightspeed with cutting-edge technology. Our HR Manager will directly support senior leaders across regions and businesses, providing high-judgment HR and talent expertise that enables managers to become force multipliers for customer impact and positive employee experience. The role requires advanced knowledge in talent development, performance management, employee relations, and retention insights to build a culture of excellence. This role will report to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make high-judgment decisions with autonomy while serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders across the organization
- Coach and guide managers through complex performance management and employee relations matters, ensuring bias-free evaluations and effective resolution of sensitive issues
- Identify trends in performance, development, and retention data; develop solutions for systemic issues and implement proactive mechanisms to achieve business goals
- Partner with Legal and Employee Relations teams to handle complex investigations and policy matters while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
- Design and deliver manager initiatives that enhance capabilities and promote self-service, using various formats from 1 : 1s to scalable learning programs
- Evaluate HR structures, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement; influence personal development and drive standardization across the organization
- Lead complex change initiatives and organizational changes across the business, designing effective adoption strategies for diverse employee groups
- Mentor team members, leveraging subject matter expertise in HR policies, tools, processes, and programs
- Act as steward of 4Minds culture and the employee / manager experience, translating business priorities into high-impact work
Required Skills and Experience :
12+ years' Experience in Human ResourcesBachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related fieldExperience in leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high-tech environmentExperience in a fast-paced, high-tech companyExperience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with and influencing senior level stakeholdersExperience working with and understanding AI tools for human resourcesAbility to work on-site 5 days a week, full time from our Dallas, TX office.Preferred Qualifications :
15+ years' experience in Human ResourcesMaster’s degree or relevant certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP) preferred.Strong passoin for technology and the rate at which it’s changing.Ability to utilize AI technology to enhance workflow and how it influences the 4Minds OrganizationExperienced in working for a fast paced, high growth technology start-upAbility to continuously learn and adapt to emerging challengesExperience managing employee work authorization and sponsorship programs (e.g., OPT, H-1B, Green Card).Familiarity with immigration regulations and their impact on hiring and employment.If you're passionate about building a world class organization and being part of LLM development advancement, we’d love you to apply and contribute to building state-of-the-art machine learning systems.
