Programmer II

We are hiring a Programmer II for one of our clients in PhoenixAZ.

JobDescription :

The Solutions SupportEngineer is responsible for providing exceptional support andresolving technical issues related to various platforms includingMicrosoft SharePoint Online Content Management Systems (CMS) andthe Microsoft Power Platform.

Support responsibilities wouldinclude (but are not limited to) management of permissionstroubleshooting of user issues system configuration user trainingand new SharePoint site creation.

Skills Required :

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems; conductanalysis of alternatives make recommendations and issueresolutions.
• Strong interpersonal skillsincluding the ability to communicate effectively both orally and inwriting to technical and nontechnical individuals at all levels ofthe organization.
• Ability to work withsupervision in the performance of daily activities.
• Ability to work with vendors to support off the shelfproducts.
• Ability to understand and interprettechnical manuals and system documentation.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain by the time ofhire a valid Arizona Drivers License.

Experience Required :

• Configure and maintain supportedsystems
• Troubleshoot user issues withsupported systems
• Participate in oncallsupport of production issues
• Trains users inthe operation of supported systems
• Coordinateand work with other staff including but not limited to vendorsBusiness Integration Specialists IT security staff project managersother team members subject matter experts end users and executivebusiness partners
• Prepare system program andcustomer guides as well as documentation
• Evaluate workflows and processes in order to seek outimproving efficiencies and enhance productivity; write and modifyoperating procedures.
• Performs other duties asassigned

EducationRequired :

Bachelors degreein Computer Science or a related field. At least one (1) years ofrelated experience to include SharePoint Maintenance andAdministration Content Management System (CMS) configuration andPower Platform troubleshooting

Education Preferred :

• Preferred Education and / orExperience :
• Microsoft SharePointOnline
• Content Management Systems(CMS)
• Microsoft Power Platform C#.NET

Workhours :

8 : 00 am to 5 : 00pm

AdditionalInformation :

• Generaloffice environment.
• May be required to drivebetween work locations within metropolitan Phoenix area.
• Requires working standard business hoursMonday through Friday and may be required to work after hours onweekends and / or holidays as needed.
• Participation in resolution of service impactingincidents that can occur 24x7
