Individuals are selected for this role based on high-performance, high-potential and a willingness to lead and develop peers. They have direct oversight of daily operations to ensure the highest level of product delivery in accordance with Company guidelines and the United Leadership Model. Focus will be on coaching supervisors, frontline employees and / or administrative employees plus developing themselves as leaders. Recognized as experts in operational, administrative and technical areas of the operation.
The Assistant Manager will lead the Employee Dependability & Labor team for Airport Operations teams at Chicago O'Hare Airport. This includes leading a team that is responsible for administration of the employee dependability process, supporting employees with wellness related requests, liaison with Human Resources and the Employee Service Center, and management of transitional duty assignments. The Assistant Manager will lead and conduct investigations, hold hearings, and train other managers and coordinators on company policies and processes.

The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $103,966.00. The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
