We are looking for :

We are looking for a Growth Strategist to join our team. You will act as a CMO for some of our key clients. You must have a Growth Marketing background and have the right mix of analytical, creative and strategy chops in your DNA. Additionally, you must have experience with product and multiple marketing channels.

You'll do :

• Act as an on-demand CMO for some of our key brands.
• Own brand goals and growth metrics and report back on the client's / account business growth.
• Lead, plan, and managed growth marketing campaigns for assigned brands that drives new customer acquisition, and customer retention, and increased brand awareness across paid social, paid search / SEM, SEO, email, product, etc.
• Proactively dig into client’s data to identify opportunities for testing and optimization across acquisition and retention channels.
• Execute project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets.
• Communicate progress and activities with the client and internal team.
• Manage and collaborate with internal and external team members to achieve overall client KPIs / objectives.

The compensation range for this position is  $80,000-$110,000 .
