Job Summary : The Human Resources Senior Analyst is a key contributor to the strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives. Responsibilities include leading in-depth analyses of HR data to identify trends and provide insights that support business decisions, partnering with HR leaders to develop and optimize programs related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies, overseeing the enhancement of HR information systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting capabilities, driving the creation and implementation of advanced HR policies, acting as a senior advisor, offering data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and workforce planning, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, using HR analytics to support and influence organizational change, and mentoring junior HR analysts and guiding them in their professional development. High impact behaviors include continuous professional development, collaboration and teamwork, and results-driven performance.
Qualifications : A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 4 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. Strong knowledge and understanding of HR laws, regulations, and requirements. Experience with HRIS system and Microsoft 365. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage benefits information and educated employees. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications include Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRMCP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRMSCP), knowledge of Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI).
