What's a typical day as a Machine Operator Assistant? You'll be :

• Provide support for the mill operation.
• Mastering all process elements of the role, including troubleshooting and basic repair
• Providing training support to other areas within the facility to help reach strategic goals
• Demonstrating strong commitment to working effectively in a team environment, exhibiting strong communication skills, and focusing on providing strategic support to the mills goals and visions.
• Ensuring quality through accomplishing tasks and showing concern for all aspects of the job

This job might be an outstanding as a fit if you :

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can maintain a work schedule of 4-10 hour shifts, including overtime, that could include weekends and holidays
• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience in manufacturing
• Have basic computer skills
• Have basic mechanical, technical, or manufacturing skills or related experience (preferred)
• Have demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution (preferred)
