Provides a welcoming, professional first point of contact for visitors and callers while keeping front office operations organized. Manages reception calendars, visitor access procedures, and multi channel communications with attention to detail and discretion. Coordinates meeting room reservations and supports light logistics to keep schedules running smoothly. Maintains a tidy, well supplied reception area that projects professionalism. Represents the organization with courteous service and clear information in every interaction.

Requirements :
- 1–3 years of experience in a professional office environment as a support assistant or receptionist, or equivalent position.
- Experience handling phone calls, emails, and mail; point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Ability to maintain records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
- Ability to ensure appropriate mailing and / or shipping of packages, letters, etc.
- Experience managing calendars; scheduling meetings / appointments ; greeting high-level guests.
- Experience creating and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Track inventory of office supplies and notify the admin office when replenishment is needed.
- Experience providing general office support (administrative tasks, data entry, filing, customer service).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to manage the receptionist area.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various individuals.
- Proficiency in office software and equipment.
- High School diploma required; higher education preferred.
