The Opportunity :
The Client Service Manager is responsible to provide a consistent platform of service and support to identified marine clients, handling or directing all day-to-day service needs while interacting in a consultative and collaborative way, along with the Hylant team, to build out innovative solutions for the client going forward.
This level of service should produce a positive experience for the clients and result in client retention and growth while building long term relationships with our clients and vendor partners.
This position can work as a hybrid role from our Hylant offices in Orlando, Jacksonville or Raleigh.

The Client Service Manager is driven by prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
With 5+ years’ experience in middle market commercial lines, s / he will need a property and casualty insurance license in good standing.
In This Role You Will Execute On :
- Manage a middle market commercial book of business in direct support of local office operations.
- Maintain a Florida Resident P&C insurance license in good standing, including compliance with all continuing education requirements
- Master and execute servicing / processing tasks within the Agency Management System / EPIC while utilizing appropriate naming conventions and activities
- Provide prompt, accurate & thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to internal and external client inquiries within 24 hours of when they are received
- Provide direct consultation to clients on coverage questions as deemed appropriate
- Assist with various claim-related activities as needed, including facilitating reporting of complex claims
- Produce accurate and thorough documents using word and excel in order to meet deadlines
Manage assigned book of business in direct support of local office operations, including following directives of the Client Executive and / or Client Service Executive for client servicing and account planning
- Conduct policy checks and reviews as needed for accuracy
- Conduct audit reviews as needed on insurance policies
- Interact with the underwriters involved with assigned book of business for purposes of binding, endorsing, and managing insurance policies in general
- Process invoicing and manage account balances between clients, insurance carriers, and Hylant
- Provides informal mentoring, guidance and support to developing Client Service Specialists

- Active Property & Casualty License
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equal experience preferred
- 5-7 years minimum experience in the insurance and risk management service industry
