Job Summary

We areseeking an Energy Engineer to render energy management aspects forrefinery and gas plants. This will be responsible for providing thetechnical consultations operational support and troubleshootingbenchmarking building strategies business planning and conductingassessment in the areas of safety and environmental compliancecyber security advance process control and optimizations energy andelectrical efficiency process engineering reliability andmaintenance operational excellence etc.

Thisrole is also instrumental to the implementation of digitaltransformation program. Your primary role will be to handle energyengineering aspects.

This will include ensuring energy managementprogram compliance and improving energy efficiency of multipleoperating facilities / assets from Global Manufacturing Admin Area.

You will also be responsible for providing technical support onhigh priority energy engineering and management issues.

Responsibilities :

• Develop an energy efficiency roadmap for oiland gas refineries.
• Create an energy baselineand define Energy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to analyzeenergy performance.
• Ensure energy complianceand efficiency for each operating facility.
• Develop and maintain Energy Policy documents andprocedures.
• Collaborate with the refineryenergy team to identify energysaving opportunities and providerecommendations for achieving more energyefficientoperations.
• Analyze and monitor daily refineryenergy usage and conduct energy audits.
• Monitor and control refinery energy intensity indicatorsto improve energy efficiency.
• Conduct job siteobservations field inspections or submetering to collect data forenergy conservation analyses.
• Conduct internalenergy benchmarking studies among the oil and gasrefineries.
• Organize technical exchangeworkshops among the oil and gas refineries.
• Develop and deliver training materials to promote energyawareness among refinery personnel.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degreein Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering Energy Engineeringor an equivalent field.
• Possess a minimum of12 years of experience in refining oil and gas plants orpetrochemical industries.
• Be proficient in thecodes and standards relevant to the oil and gas industry includingAPI BS ISO ASME ANSI IEC ISA IEEE etc.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsin the field of energy engineering.
• Preferredfamiliarity with the ISO50001 Energy Management Standard and itsrequirements.
• Possess a working knowledge ofoil / gasrelated plant processes.
• Familiaritywith the development of energy efficiency roadmaps energy baselinesand setting targets for energy key performanceindicators.
• Have a strong background in datacollection and data analysis to identify energysaving opportunitiesand recommend improvements for better energyperformance.
• Exhibit strong management andcoordination skills.
