Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Payment Processing Operations

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead and develop our Accounts Receivable team. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent high performance and delivering a seamless client experience. As a people leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to identify and implement process efficiencies, and guiding them through change management initiatives. The role includes managing both on-site and remote team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Set and deliver team goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor adherence to Quality Assurance (QA) standards.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to employees and business partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal documentation reflecting procedural changes.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with escalations and time-sensitive requests.
  • Resolve employee-related issues, disputes, and escalations.
  • Identify and support career development opportunities for team members.
  • Provide timely and transparent reporting to senior management.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional projects and drive internal improvements.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review team performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Initiate, lead, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Skills, Attributes & Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Services or Shared Services, with proven team management and motivation capabilities.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail; able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities; mathematical aptitude preferred.
  • Experience with global payment processing and the SWIFT network is desirable.
  • Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies is a plus.

    Supervisor de Cuentas por Cobrar - Operaciones de Procesamiento de Pagos

    Estamos buscando un Supervisor de Cuentas por Cobrar motivado y con experiencia para liderar y desarrollar nuestro equipo de Cuentas por Cobrar. Este rol desempea una funcin clave para garantizar un rendimiento constante y ofrecer una experiencia fluida al cliente.

    Como lder de personas, sers responsable de fomentar una cultura de mejora continua, empoderar a los miembros del equipo para identificar e implementar eficiencias en los procesos, y guiarlos a travs de iniciativas de gestin del cambio. El rol incluye la gestin de miembros del equipo tanto presenciales como remotos.

    Responsabilidades clave

  • Liderar las operaciones diarias del equipo de Cuentas por Cobrar, asegurando el cumplimiento constante de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs).
  • Establecer y cumplir objetivos del equipo alineados con los objetivos de la empresa.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estndares de Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA).
  • Evaluar el desempeo del equipo y proporcionar retroalimentacin constructiva a empleados y socios comerciales.
  • Mantener documentacin interna precisa y actualizada que refleje cambios en los procedimientos.
  • Apoyar a partes interesadas internas y externas con solicitudes urgentes y escalaciones.
  • Resolver problemas, disputas y escalaciones relacionadas con empleados.
  • Identificar y apoyar oportunidades de desarrollo profesional para los miembros del equipo.
  • Proporcionar informes oportunos y transparentes a la alta direccin.
  • Representar al equipo en proyectos interfuncionales e impulsar mejoras internas.
  • Realizar reuniones peridicas con partes interesadas para revisar el desempeo del equipo e identificar reas de mejora.
  • Iniciar, liderar y participar en iniciativas de mejora de procesos.
  • Habilidades, atributos y calificaciones

  • Educacin postsecundaria en Negocios o Finanzas preferida, o combinacin equivalente de educacin y experiencia.
  • Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia en Servicios Financieros o Servicios Compartidos, con capacidad comprobada de gestin y motivacin de equipos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de multitarea y atencin al detalle; capaz de trabajar de forma independiente.
  • Capacidad demostrada para mantener la confidencialidad y manejar informacin sensible.
  • Dominio del ingls, con slidas habilidades de comunicacin verbal y escrita.
  • Dominio de aplicaciones de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de servicio al cliente.
  • Fuerte tica de trabajo, gestin del tiempo y habilidades organizativas.
  • Pensamiento analtico y capacidad de toma de decisiones; se prefiere aptitud matemtica.
  • Se valora experiencia en procesamiento de pagos globales y red SWIFT.
  • Familiaridad con metodologas lean y giles es una ventaja.
