Well-established energy firm located in downtown Houston in search of an Administrative Assistant to work alongside an Executive Assistant in support of a dynamic C-suite executive. Excellent opportunity for a junior-level candidate due to C-suite exposure and mentoring by an experienced EA.
Responsibilities will include :
- Heavy calendaring of complex schedules, monitoring and scheduling of meetings and conferences, and expense reporting.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and agendas.
- Coordinate catering and conference room preparation for meetings.
- Edit, print, scan and bind documents as needed with a high attention to detail.
- Answer, screen and transfer calls to the executive's line.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years' administrative support experienceHighly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).Intelligent, fast learner; highly detailed; mature of mind with an outstanding work ethic, interpersonal, and communication skillsProfessional and discreet behavior appropriate for working daily among C-suite executivesAbility to work overtime (paid) as needed, especially around Board meeting datesWork hours are fully in-office, M-F.
