Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Payroll Analyst with extensive expertise in both ADP and Workday platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of multi-state payrolls for a diverse employee base. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and system functionalities, coupled with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing payroll processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing outstanding support to employees.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Processing & Reconciliation :

• Process accurate and timely bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and / or monthly multi-state payrolls for all employee types (hourly, salaried, commission-based) using ADP Workforce Now and Workday Payroll.
• Verify and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, earnings, deductions, taxes, and garnishments, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage and process payroll inputs from various sources, including HRIS, timekeeping systems, and benefit providers.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts monthly and prepare relevant journal entries.

Experience :

Certifications (Preferred) : Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Compensation Range

$130,000-$140,000 USD
