Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Client Interaction : Meet with clients in person to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.
Sales Presentations : Conduct informative and engaging presentations to showcase insurance products and services.
Pipeline Management : Maintain and nurture a sales pipeline to drive revenue and meet targets.
Client Follow-Up : Provide ongoing support to clients, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Networking : Build relationships within the local community to expand business opportunities.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and share best practices.
Requirement
Licensing Requirement : Must obtain a property / casualty / life insurance license. Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales or insurance-related roles is a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Client-Centric Approach : Demonstrated commitment to putting clients' needs first.
Local Presence : Reside in or be willing to relocate to Rochester, Minnesota. Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
