Accounting Assistant

A logistics company is hiring for an accounting assistant. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel with familiarity in QuickBooks. This backfill role focuses on lower-level accounting tasks, including fixed asset accounting, cash management, ledger and AP reconciliation, and AR / AP support, with responsibilities such as task ownership, problem-solving, and occasional vendor outreach.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent education)

1-2 years of accounting experience

Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
