We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working independently while collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities :

• Process weekly / bi-weekly / monthly payroll for assigned client accounts using QuickBooks and / or Pensoft payroll software
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely receipt of records and information
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
• Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll tax laws and regulations
• Process tax reports and make tax payments on behalf of clients
• Process and file quarterly payroll and tax reports

Pay : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours : 32 – 40 per week
