Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for the Dining Services for a private dorm in College Station, TX . This dorm houses approximately 500 students.

The General Manager will supervise approximately 10 hourly, non-union employees.

The successful candidate will :

• have a strong focus on food quality and presentation as well as high end catering experience.
• have previous success managing a University Campus account.
• have strong leadership skills, computer skills, culinary knowledge and food / beverage cost controls.
• be versed in culinary functions, food and labor cost control, food safety and sanitation.
• lead and motivate the team, inspiring strategic direction.
• ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments.
• sustain client satisfaction and retention.
