Qualifications Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
However, equivalent experience may also be considered in lieu of formal education. Experience : Prior experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related area.
Experience with event planning and management. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce. Technical Skills : Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
Competence in using CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Basic understanding of market research techniques and tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
