Help Desk Specialist
Permanent opportunity for a Help Desk Specialist-Level 1 to support for end users at all levels. You will be responsible to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to enhancing help desk efficiency.
This role is hybrid (4 days in the office in Boston)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide phone, email and remote support for computer and software issues.
- Collaborate with team to resolve IT problems and maintain client communication.
- Conference room setups, hardware support, and office setups.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of help desk experience, professional services preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with MS Office O365, and end-user applications.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with all levels if end users
