Job descriptionJob Responsibilities - This person will be joining a team of 4 others assigned to school campuses across Houston to complete an inventory-related project. Responsibilities include but are not limited to taking inventory of all hardware related to computers, laptops, projectors, screens, headphones, microphones, keyboards, printers, etc., documenting serial numbers, packing and unpacking hardware, setting up workstations, and more. Each day, you will visit 2-3 schools maximum and you must have a reliable source of transportation. Work hours will be Monday-Friday, 8 : 00-5 : 00. Seeking a school, IT Technical Support specialist assistant. This person would be responsible for acquiring any hardware that has been set aside for technical trouble, diagnose the issue, submit a ticket, and bring to the administration building for the help desk team to troubleshoot. He or she will work with Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, printers and more. This will require excellent communication skills with school staff and the technical team that supports the district as well.
Role Type : Contract with HIGH likelihood of being extended
Pay rate - $21 / hr.

- Familiar with technology (basic familiarity with computers / Chromebook / iPad, willing to learn)
- Familiar with working in a school environment.
- Reliable source of transportation to work location
- Must Pass Drug screening & Background check
- Finger Prints required

Compensation : $21.00 per hour
