Description

Are you passionate about the entertainment industry? Do you have a knack for negotiating and managing contracts? We are seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our talented team in the entertainment industry.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that our business relationships run smoothly.

As a Contracts Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and stakeholders to review, negotiate, and draft contracts.

Your attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate will be vital as you create and maintain accurate records of all contractual agreements.

Additionally, you will work closely with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide contract administration support, primarily related to our mall customers
  • Track status of agreements; work with leasing agents to agree upon acceptable insurance, reporting, and payment terms as needed
  • Review contract documents and coordinate contracts for signature via DocuSign
  • Enter contractual data into Excel tracker and internal database
  • Respond to email and phone correspondence, organize and file documents
  • Audit large amounts of data for accuracy
  • Assist with licenses and permits, invoices, and certificates of insurance
  • Performs other duties assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) and contract management software
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and follow-through
  • Possess high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills
