Customer Service Admin Support
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer experience.
You also enjoy looking for sales opportunities. The CSR is responsible for developing the relationships between our customers, service technicians, and operations.
Looking for problem solvers, who enjoy working independently and as a part of a team and are looking to start a career path!
Excellent compensation ($15 - $17 an hour to start), paid training, medical / dental / vision, 401k, PTO and more!
What will I be doing?
You will be providing excellent customer service to a network of customers for the world’s largest family owned pest control company.
You are the heartbeat of the branch! Your job will involve answering making outgoing phone calls. Scheduling existing customers and providing insights on pest activity in their area.
Answering emails and responding to chat requests. You will also be processing deposits. Other responsibilities will include backing up your co-workers when needed for soft collections, routing and data entry.
