Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role Overview

Summary / Objective :   The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts receivable, including payment posting, collections, reconciliations, and invoicing support.  This role ensures timeliness and accuracy in receivable processing and will provide coverage for invoicing duties as needed to maintain uninterrupted billing operations.  The AR Specialist works closely with Billing, Operations, and Revenue Accounting resolving issues, supports cash flow goals, and maintains strong customer relationships.

• This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
