We currently have an opening for a Financial Analyst or Senior Analyst to apply critical thinking skills, knowledge, and experience with Federal budget and accounting to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of budget and financial management policies, procedures, and deliverables to support client missions.

Work experience in Federal budget and / or financial management or coursework a plus!

Primary Duties :

• Analyzes credits for program eligibility, policy fit, and financial resiliency on behalf of policymakers.
• Draft internal policies to guide application review, public outreach, and credit monitoring.
• Advises policymakers as they negotiate with applicants who seek an award.
• Documents the technical details of the work to facilitate collaboration with other team members, ensure quality control, and inform policymakers.
• Performs tasks related to financing modeling, including reviewing existing assumptions, developing a lender's view, performing sensitivity analysis, and documenting findings.

Minimum Technical Requirements :

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economic development, or public policy, and 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. OR-
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economic development, or public policy, and 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

A Master's degree with less than 3 years experience may be acceptable.
