Finance Clerk needs 2 years of experience

Finance Clerkrequires :

Bachelors degree or equivalent workexperience required.

Excellent written and oralcommunication skills with an ability to present ideas andinformation clearly and confidently

Oracle andMicrosoft Office Suite experiencerequired.

Experience with data loaderspreferred.

Approximately 5% travel may berequired in support of the positionsresponsibilities.

Astute planning skills alongwith the ability to lead through influence and be a proactivepartner with a strong customerserviceorientation.

Strong organization planning andproject management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self andteam to meet requirements and deadlines.

Abilityto work with different functional groups and levels of employees toeffectively and professionally achieve results.

Finance Clerk Dirduties :

Implement improvements to currentprocesses in order to maximizeefficiency.

Provide exceptional customer serviceand partnership to the Operations and Accounting departments and toexternal customers.

Create timely and accurateaccounts receivable transactions credits Siterra and Oracleprojects and Oracle budgets.

Ensure the timelyand accurate receipt and processing of customer purchaseorders.

Ensure that all monthly billings areaccurate and completed on time.

Generate andanalyze reports for invoicing project set ups and purchaseorders.
