Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers & explain policyholder benefits
- Process customer policy change requests
- Take premium payments from customers
- Generate insurance quotes
- Maintain Current Retention of 98% by Re-Marketing / Re-Shopping Accounts, Re-writing accounts and performing Customer Saves when customers request to cancel
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity & ask each customer for referrals / explain our referral program
Requirement
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Commitment to self improvement, coachable andresourceful
- Driven and goal-oriented individual
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
