Verification of Employment Specialist

A company is looking for a Verification of Employment Specialist to support the Processing Department.

Key Responsibilities

Contact HR departments of borrowers to verify employment

Perform both written and verbal verifications of employment

Conduct approximately 50 verifications of employment daily

Required Qualifications

One or more years of experience in a mortgage operations role such as Loan Processor or Loan Officer Assistant

Familiarity with completing written verifications of employment

High school diploma or GED

1-2 years of experience working with mortgage loans preferred

Recent customer service and / or sales experience
