(Entry Level) Inside Sales Support

Job Opportunity : Entry-Level Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

A great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and learning new things! This is a contract-to-hire position with a well-established company offering full benefits upon permanent hire.

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $19 $22 / hr (depending on experience)

Employment Type : Contract to Hire

Benefits : Weekly pay, insurance offered during contract period, full benefits upon hire

What Youll Be Doing

• Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide product info and support
• Preparing and following up on quotes and estimates
• Helping customers find the right products and services for their needs
• Building strong customer relationships and gathering feedback
• Assisting with issue resolution and escalating when needed
• Supporting the field service team with scheduling, billing, and documentation
• Pitching in with purchasing tasks as needed
