Field Service Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION

The position will primarily involve routine and emergency service, advanced troubleshooting, Installation of machinery, and training of customers as well as some machine assembly work Job Description
- 70-80% potential travel throughout North America, Dominican Republic, and Canada
- Strong Electro-Mechanical troubleshooting aptitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Strong decision making skills
- A proven history of strong mechanical experience
- Ability to complete service and expense reports and manage administrative tasks
- Have the initiative and drive to grow within the company
- Capable of contributing new ideas, designs and methods
- Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics or willingness to learn
- PLC, machine control, and ladder logic experience
- Communication savvy -computer, phone, and internet
- MS Suite : outlook, excel and word
- Able to perform analysis and employ advance troubleshooting techniques including redesign of machine components and programming changes.

MUST HAVES- 3- 5 yrs of Electro- Mechanical Troubleshooting on Pneumatics, Hydraulic, Servo motor Equipment (i.e Food & Beverage, Packaging, Automotive) - Experience troubleshooting PLC.
Customer interfacing experience Nice to Have- Assoc or BS in Engineering - 3 years of Field Service work
