Human Resources Manager
We are looking to add an HR Manager to our team in Costa Mesa!
This is a direct hire position with a fast and growing organization known nationwide.
Some Key Responsibilities Include :
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding workers' compensation
- Provide support in employee relations and coach managers on effective people management
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Implement and manage employee relations systems
- Brainstorm and assist implementing processes to minimize workplace injuries and enhance employee safety
- Facilitate communication for Spanish-speaking employees
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in workers' compensation
- Experience with unions
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
