About the Role :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Auto Glass Service Advisor to join our team at Mike's Auto Glass in Tampa, FL.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for auto glass repair and replacement.
This is a office based customer service position 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. No nights or weekends.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers to assess their auto glass repair or replacement needs
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for services
- Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with insurance companies for billing and claims processing
Requirements :
- Prior experience in a customer service or automotive role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of auto glass repair and replacement processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
