Junior Key Account Partnership Manager DACH (Schwerpunkt Advertiser)

Als (Junior) Key Account Manager in unserem Advertiser Team verantwortest Du ein Portfolio von Key Accounts, unseren strategisch wichtigsten Kunden in Deutschland, sterreich und der Schweiz. Dir wird es schnell gelingen eine beratende Rolle fr den Kunden einzunehmen, mit dem Ziel, neue (kommerzielle) Mglichkeiten zu erkennen und umzusetzen, um ein nachhaltiges Wachstum der Affiliate-Programme zu entwickeln.

Die regelmigen Aufgaben in dieser Position knnen wunderbar virtuell erledigt werden und sind somit super fr das deutschlandweite Homeoffice geeignet.

Diese Stelle ist befristet auf 1 Jahr.

Key Tasks

  • Proaktive und selbststndige Beratung strategischer Kunden zur Frderung einer nachhaltigen Geschftsentwicklung und Erreichung der Ziel KPIs fr den Advertiser
  • Aufbau einer starken Kundenbeziehung und Etablierung von Awin als relevantem Partner innerhalb des digitalen kosystems des Kunden durch regelmige Meetings
  • Erstellen von Reports und Bereitstellung von Performance- & Benchmarkanalysen fr den Kunden
  • Koordination und Verwaltung von kundenbezogenen Budgets
  • Strategischer Ausbau bestehender und neuer Kooperationen im Affiliate Programm, sowie Upselling vorhandener Awin Tools, die der Optimierung des Partnerprogramms dienen
  • Untersttzung interner Projektinitiativen im Rahmen unserer OKRs (Objective Key Results)
  • Teilnahme an Branchen- & Networking-Events

Skills & Experience

  • Erfahrungen in der Online- / Performance-Marketing-Branche oder im Kundenumfeld
  • Ausgeprgter Fokus auf Qualitt sowie starke Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft
  • Zuverlssiges Eskalations- und Konfliktmanagement auch bei komplexeren Herausforderungen
  • Solide Verkaufstechniken und starke berzeugungskraft
  • Kreative Denkweise, um neue Ideen einzubringen und die Entwicklung der Kunden voranzutreiben
  • Starke analytische Fhigkeiten und idealerweise technisches Verstndnis fr Trackingthemen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
