Sales Planner / Scheduler

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. Peterborough facility is looking for a Sales Planner / Scheduler to work within our Inside Sales team.

Hours : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Monday - Friday

Pay : $29.80 to $33.15 per hour

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, the experience that you will bring with you to this busy position, will include :

• Provide customer service and solutions to assigned partners.
• Provide input to Master Schedule of product status, coordinating issues with manufacturing, and providing feedback to sales and / or direct to customers.
• Review end item demand.
• Coordinate customer quotations, order entry, customer returns and various processing and follow up with established customer base.

The skills that you have include :

• A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of manufacturing experience.
• Preference given to candidates with secondary degree or equivalent 3-5 years of MRP and SFC Planning / Scheduling.
• Ability to read and understand complex written and verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications especially with Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills, as well as strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with interruptions.
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
