Summary :

We are currently looking for a General Manager for Better Hospitality Group.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the venue run smoothly and sales targets are achieved. You will oversee a Front of House (FOH) team of 20-30 bartenders, servers, barbacks, and hosts while running 5 floor shifts per week. You will be reporting to the Director of Operations of BHG. We are seeking someone with hospitality management experience who is energetic, firm but approachable, and wants to be part of a quickly expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Ensure shifts run smoothly with all FOH Team Members effectively performing their duties before, during, and after shifts
• Coordinate with our Back of House (BOH) Team Members as needed to minimize ticket times and ensure high-quality food
• Facilitate excellent customer service and resolve Guest issues as they arise
• Lead and develop individual FOH Team Members, coaching and utilizing corrective action when necessary
• Adhere to all ABRA and Department of Health regulations
• Oversee the cleanliness of venue facilities and coordinate servicing for any maintenance issues
• Perform administrative and operational duties (e.g., invoicing, hiring) as determined by our Director of Operations
• Adjust the Point-of-Sale system as needed
• Ensure all company policies are upheld, and report concerns to our HR Manager
